Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During certain high-volume periods (especially winter season and chinese new year), processing and dispatch may take longer than usual due to supplier and carrier congestion.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you directly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
If international shipping is available, delivery times and rates will vary by destination, and customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. BuildingBooks is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at office.airvac@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
