Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept refunds or returns on building block sets that have been opened from their original packaging.

Our building block sets contain over 2,400 pieces, packed in multiple small plastic bags. Once the original package has been opened, we are unable to verify the completeness of the set, which makes it ineligible for return or refund.

Please note:

  • Opened or used items are non-refundable

  • Returns are only accepted if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind after opening the product

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or missing pieces, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will be happy to review the issue and offer a replacement or solution where applicable.
